About the Class
Our weekday morning No Gi class runs parallel to the Gi Level 2 curriculum, translated for the no-gi game. Overhooks replace collar grips, wrestling entries take the place of Gi grips, and submissions favor the body lock, leg entanglements, and the modern guillotine.
Ideal for early risers, submission grapplers, and anyone cross-training from wrestling or MMA. A rash guard and shorts or spats are the standard uniform.
